This is an application for condonation of delay of 22 days. All the respondents are duly served and present in the Court. In view of the reasons given in paragraph 3 of the application, the delay deserves to be condoned, as sufficient cause is made out. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay of 22 days in preferring the appeal stands condoned. The appeal be registered.
