Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, at the outset, does not press the prayer for bail. The statement is accepted. The criminal application is, accordingly, dismissed. 2.

By an order dated 9th July, 2014, passed in criminal application No.855 of 2014, the hearing of the said appeal is expedited. Private paper book as per the said order is already filed. Liberty was also granted to the applicant to apply for fixed date of hearing. In the circumstances, we direct the Registry to place the above criminal appeal for final hearing on 9th March, 2017.
