DATED : 26th APRIL, 2024 P.C:- A praecipe is moved seeking withdrawal of the petition, in the wake of the Compromise Agreement entered with the respondent on 13/02/2024, under which Axis Bank has paid full and final settlement amount of Rs. 1,05,00,000/- to the petitioner.

The copy of the Compromise Agreement is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In the wake of the aforesaid, the petition stand disposed off as withdrawn.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent, that the Service Provider Agreement dated Ashish

2/2 14 ARP 137-23.doc 25/10/2021 was tendered before the Court for the purpose of adjudication of the stamp duty and it shall be directed to be returned.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall return the original agreement to the counsel for the respondent.
