This is an application seeking amendment to the petition as set out in the Schedule of amendment annexed to the application. It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicants that all the respondents have been served with the application.
Considering the schedule of amendment sought to be incorporated, in our view, since the amendment is in the nature of clarification of the facts and developments occurred during the pendency of the writ petition, there shall be no difficulty in granting the leave as sought in the application.
