The grievance of the petitioners is that the amount of Provident Fund (PF) is not being released to them by the respondent no.3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, applications have been given for payment of the amount from time to time (page nos.37 to 44).

Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appears for respondent no.3.

The respondent no.3 may take decision upon the applications filed by the petitioners for release of the amount of PF (page nos. 37 to 44) on its own merits, preferably within two months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
