Heard Mr. Bhargude, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr. Tapkir, learned Counsel for respondents.

Mr. Bhargude states that petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of petitioner's PAN Card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Tapkir states that respondent No.1 is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of her PAN Card, which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. 3.

The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the controversy between the parties is amicably settled. Respondent No.1, wife had filed Marriage Petition No.62 of 2013 in the District Court, Pune under Section 27 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 inter alia praying for dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce. Mr. Tapkir states that respondent No.1 has withdrawn the Marriage Petition and presently parties are cohabiting together. Mr. Bhargude confirms the fact that respondent No.1 has withdrawn the Marriage Petition and parties are cohabiting together. Mr. Bhargude, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.

Mr. Bhargude states that petitioner has deposited Rs.6,30,000/- in this Court in pursuance of the order dated 10.08.2016. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the said amount together with accrued interest may be invested in a fixed deposit in the name of respondent No.2, minor daughter, Tanishka Shashikant Shinde in a Nationalized Bank. 5.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Bhargude, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of with no order as to costs. Registry is directed to invest the amount of Rs.6,30,000/- together with accrued interest in the name of respondent No.2, Tanishka Shashikant Shinde in a Fixed Deposit of Nationalized Bank having Branch at Pune.
