Both parties i.e. the Appellant wife and the Respondent husband are present in Court who are identified by their respective counsel. Respective counsels also identify the signatures of the Appellant and Respondent on the consent terms. The matter is stated to be amicably settled in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The statements made in the consent terms and the agreement entered into are accepted. Undertaking, if any, is accepted. 3.

The Appellant wife is appointed as a guardian of the minor daughter Sharvari for the purpose of implementing the present consent terms, so far as the minor daughter is concerned, till the said daughter attains majority.

Family Court Appeal is disposed off in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs. The Office is directed to draw decree expeditiously.

The impugned judgment and decree dated 30th March, 2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane in Petition No. A646/2010( M.P. No. 498/2007) is substituted by the decree that will be drawn in present appeal in pursuance of the present consent terms. 6.
