The only prayer made by learned counsel for Petitioner is to dispose of the petition by directing Respondent no.1 to decide the Petitioner's caste validity claim pending before it as expeditiously as possible.

According to the Petitioner, his brother has already been granted caste validity certificate in pursuance to the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Mohit Prakashrao Bagul vs. Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik and others in Writ Petition No.10990 of 2012 decided on 5th July 2013. 3.

According to the Petitioner, his matter was kept pending by the caste scrutiny committee vide interim order dated 3rd February 2015

2 of 2 DB.43.WP.5594.2015 on the ground that the special leave petition in case of Madhuri Jadhav is pending before the Supreme Court. Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that said special leave petition has been dismissed on 6th February 2015.

Keeping in view aforesaid submissions, we dispose of the petition by directing Caste Validity Committee to decide Petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

We further direct that services of Petitioner shall not be discontinued by Respondent no.3 till the matter is decided by the caste scrutiny committee.

The petition stands disposed of.
