On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, particularly referring to the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of Crpc, where she corroborate her version in the complaint, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw the application.

While disposing of the application this court would like to place appreciation for Ms. Manisha Jagtap, who has been appointed by Legal Aid Services Authority to represent the complainant. The Legal Services Authority is requested to make the payment of legal remuneration to the learned counsel for the complainant within a period of 4 weeks from today.
