Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the petitioners tenders a copy of the email dated 20th September, 2021 addressed by the petitioners to the learned counsel informing that the matter is resolved as per the University letter dated 12th January, 2021. A copy of the said letter dated 12th January, 2021 from the University is also annexed to the said email dated 20th September, 2021. In view of the said instruction, learned counsel for the petitioners states that this writ petition has become infructuous. The said email dated 20th September, 2021 and the letter addressed by the University dated 12th January, 2021 are taken on record.

Writ Petition is disposed off as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Ad-interim relief, if any granted by this Court to stand vacated.
