We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the Petitioners' Application dated 18 April 2016 is still pending with Respondent No.1. This is in the background of High Power Committee's order dated 6 June 2009 referring to SRA Scheme sanctioned by the Thane Municipal Corporation. The said Application, including of others, if any, in our view, are required to be decided by the Corporation and pass appropriate order thereon in accordance with law as early as possible. Uday P. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Corporation makes a statement that they will decide the same within seven days. The Corporation not to take coercive steps until the Application/s in question are decided. 4.
