The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in spite of his repeated requests to issue mark-sheets for third and fourth semesters and the degree certificate, the same are not being issued by the Respondent- University. The learned counsel for the Respondent- University seeks time to take instructions. At his request, stand

In the meanwhile, the Respondent-University through the Director of Board of Examination and Evaluation will examine the position and, if the Petitioner is entitled to the mark-sheets and degree certificate as sought for, then without waiting for the order of the Court, the Respondent- University will issue the same to the Petitioner. If the Director is of the opinion that the Petitioner is not entitled, then reply affidavit will be filed by the Respondent- University." 3.

Learned Counsel for Respondent University states that he has received instructions from Director of Board of Examination And Evaluation that the results of the Petitioner for the Third and Fourth Semesters have been checked and have been found in order and therefore mark-sheets and degree certificate will be issued to the Petitioner. We accept this statement made on instructions. 4.

The necessary mark-sheets be issued to the Petitioner within period of two weeks. The degree certificate be issued to the Petitioner as soon as the same is ready as per the procedure followed by the Respondent University. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
