At the outset, Mr. Malshe, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet will be fled shortly.

In view of said statement made by Mr. Malshe, learned APP, Mr. Kalantri, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after fling of the Charge-sheet before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
