Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Additional P.P. for the State. By consent, the Petition is heard finally. The petitioner, who is present in Court, is also heard. 3.

The petitioner's health is not good. It appears extremely difficult for him to attend the police station on every Wednesday. He stays in Delhi. As such, attending the police station on every Wednesday involves a lot of expenditure and strain. I am told 1 / 2

Deshmane prod.901.wp.1693-15.doc that the charge-sheet against the co-accused has already been filed. In view thereof, I pass the following order : :: O R D E R ::

[i] The condition of attendance on every Wednesday imposed by the Magistrate by his order dated 18th February, 2015 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall attend the office of the I.O. as and when required by the I.O.. [ii] The petitioner shall furnish his landline and cell number to the I.O. so that his attendance can be secured by giving him a call.

[iii] Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

[iv] Parties and the Police to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
