After hearing the present application for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the applicant, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave as prayed for is granted.

The learned APP submits that as of today the trial has already began and three witnesses have already been examined. After taking instructions from the Investigating Officer, the learned APP submits that the prosecution is intending to examine 15 or more witnesses in support of its case.

2/2 ba.863-2015 The Trial Court is hereby directed to make an endevaour to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this Order. The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application before the Trial Court for bail if the trial is not completed within the aforesaid stipulated period. It is further directed that the Trial Court shall decide the said application for bail on its own merits without being influenced by the order of this Court.
