By keeping all defences open, we are inclined to dispose of present writ petition as for the prayer so made the Petitioner would invoke an appropriate alternate remedy for balance monetary claims. There are factual aspects involved while awarding any compensation/damages, therefore, in the interest of justice, we are permitting the Petitioner to invoke the appropriate available remedy in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty. No costs.
