The applicant came to be arrested in the subject C.R on 19/10/2019 and it is informed that on account of his nonproducing, the trial Court could not proceed. The Special Court who has been assigned the trial, shall ensure that the applicant is produced and it is informed that for framing of charge, the matter is listed on 6/8/2022. Tilak
