The Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to transfer the investigation of C.R.No.359 of 2012 registered with Dahisar Police Station. The learned APP has tendered a letter/report dated 13.6.2017 from the Senior Police Inspector, Dahisar Police Station. Perusal of the same reveals that 'B' Summary Report is filed in Case No.725/Misc.2015 before the 26th Metropolitan Magistrate's 1/2

RNG 17-1735.14.odt Court, Borivali, Mumbai. The said letter/report dated 13.6.2017 is taken on record.

In the above circumstances, the Petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
