This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of S.C.C. No. 2020 of 2014 and S.C.C. No. 2477 of 2015. Both the criminal cases arise out of a private complaint in which process is issued against the petitioner. Petitioner has a remedy to challenge issuance of the process order by filing appropriate proceedings. We are therefore, not inclined to interfere with the writ petition in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
