3. The office is directed to transmit the amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the applicant by way of statutory amount to the concerned M.A.C.T., expeditiously.

4. All parties as well as the M.A.C.T. to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

5. The original applicant is at liberty to execute the decree by withdrawing the amounts deposited by the appellants before M.A.C.T., if any or otherwise.
