1] This is an application for permitting the applicant to furnish cash bail till completion of procedure of furnishing sureties. 2] By an Order dated 3rd September 2018, the applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the documents for sureties have been submitted before the Trial Court and the procedure of verification is not yet completed.

3] It is a matter of fact that, the applicant has been directed to be 1/2

appp.555-2019.doc released on bail by an Order dated 3rd September 2018 passed by this Court, however, due to non-completion of procedural aspect as regards furnishing sureties, the applicant is still languishing in jail. 4] In view thereof, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing cash bail of Rs.20,000/- and within a period of 8 weeks from the date of his actual release from jail he will complete the procedure of furnishing sureties.
