By order dated 11/07/2022 this Court while granting bail to the Applicant had imposed certain conditions. One of the conditions was to deposit the passport before the Trial Court and further not to leave India without prior permission of the Trial Court. 2.

By this application, the Applicant has sought leave to travel at Kartarpur Corridor situated at India and Pakistan border. The Applicant has filed his additional affidavit. He has also filed his itinerary at Exhibit-'B' indicating that the Applicant will be undertaking Megha 1/2

918_ia_1361_2023 corrected.odt a pilgrimage tour from Mumbai Central on 09/08/2023 and will return on 10/10/2023. As a part of the said pilgrimage tour, the Applicant will be visiting Dera Baba Nanak-Sri Kartarpur Sahib Pilgrimage and return to India on the same day. The Applicant has also placed on record letter dated 24/07/2023 issued by Baba Jagtar Singh, Kaar Sewa Wale, stating that they would provide him darshan of Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib by their vehicle. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 12/10/2023. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
