After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh application for the same cause of action on the basis of subsequent order passed by the SDO in Revision No.311/2011 dated 19.09.2015 and appeal against the said order. Same is permitted. To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
