This Court, by order dated 13 March 2024, directed respondent No.1 to decide the revision application filed by the petitioners within two months. However, it is submitted that respondent No.1 is not proceeded to decide the matter on the ground that the Code of Conduct does not permit respondent No.1 to pass quasi judicial order.

It is made clear that, the Code of Conduct shall not be impediment for respondent No.1 to exercise quasi judicial power. Hence, respondent No.1 or the Secretary shall comply with the order dated 13 March 2024 within the time specified in the order.
