By this application the applicant seeks restoration of Writ Petition No. 1561 of 2015 which came to be dismissed on 10 th April, 2017. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently on the date when the matter was called, Advocate on record was unavailable in Mumbai and therefore could not attend the matter.

The Advocate for the applicant has tendered apology for the absence. In the circumstances, I am satisfied that there is sufficient reason for the applicant's Advocates being absent on the said date. 2.

I therefore pass the following order :

(i) Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Writ Petition No. 1561 of 2015 is restored to file and to be listed as per CMIS.
