1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the State - respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 5. 2] The case of the petitioner is that his Original Application relating to transfer from Mumbai to Aurangabad has been heard by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal on two occasions. On the second occasion i.e. on 9th November 2017 it was heard at length, however, till today, the OA has not been disposed of.

skc 4-WP=5239-18 3] It will be appropriate that the petitioner makes a prayer before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for expediting the disposal of the said OA. We are sure that if such a prayer is made, the Tribunal may look into the grievance of the petitioner and expedite the disposal of the said OA.

4] In view of this, no orders are necessary in this petition. The petition is disposed of.
