No. 83 of 2017 registered with Pantnagar Police Station and now being investigated by D.C.B. C.I.D, Unit VII, Mumbai, having renumbered C.R. No. 7/2017, does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

2) The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
