The grievance of the Petitioner is that order passed by the Respondent - Corporation dated 7.12.2013 is not implemented. No reply has been filed so far. The averments made in the petition, therefore, are not controverted. Respondent No. 1 Corporation is, therefore, directed to implement its order dated 7.12.2013, which is annexed at Exhibit "E" to the petition, within 8 weeks.
