This is an application for transit anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 239 of 2021 registered with Anjar Police Station, Kachchh, Gujarat for offences under Section 408, 420, 120-B r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act.

It is submitted that the applicants are permanent residents of Mumbai. The main accused were arrested and granted bail. On account of pandemic situation and other constraints, the applicants require 4 weeks time to move before appropriate Court for Sajakali Jamadar

18- ABA-1170-2021.doc seeking appropriate relief. The applicants may be protected with anticipatory bail for a period of 4 weeks.

Considering the submissions, the relief can be granted for temporary period of 4 weeks to enable the applicants to move before the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with FIR No. 239 of 2021 registered with Anjar Police Station, Kachchh, Gujarat, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) This interim relief is granted for a period of 4 weeks to enable the applicants to approach appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.

(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
