This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and facility of provisional cash bail granted by this Court. The applicant was directed to be released on bail vide order dated 17th February 2021. He was permitted to furnish provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- for eight weeks in lieu of surety. 2.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that on account of several difficulties the surety has not been furnished so far, but the procedure has already been adopted and shortly surety bond would be executed. The cash bail facility may be extended. 3.

Considering the submissions, the facility of provisional cash bail granted by this Court by order dated 17th February 2021 passed in Bail Application No.989 of 2020 is extended by a period of three weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety. The Interim Application is disposed of.
