DATE: SEPTEMBER 29, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No.79 of 2021 registered with Shirur Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 324 and 201 of the IPC.

2] The prosecution story is, Applicant assaulted deceased out of certain differences with sharp weapon i.e. knife. 3] Contentions of learned Counsel for the Applicant are, antecedents of the deceased, status of the witnesses being relatives of the deceased are not concerned. Counsel would further invite my attention to certain contradictions in the medical report. 4] All the aforesaid contentions can be looked into at the trial stage and not at the stage of deciding present Bail Application.
