C.R. No. 2255 of 2009 was registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 172 and 224 of the IPC. Since the said C.R. was pending, the petitioner was deprived from availing furlough/parole leave. Therefore, he prayed that, the said C.R. number may be proceeded with as expeditiously as possible and he may be allowed to appear in-person to put-forth his case in the said C.R.. 2.

Since the C.R. is registered in the year 2009 and application was filed by the petitioner in the year 2015 and now petition is being decided in the year 2022, we do not think that in all probability, the said grievance would subsists.

In case, still the said case arising out of C.R. No. 2255 of 2009 is pending, the petitioner may be allowed to appear in person in the said case so as to put forth his contention.
