This is the second anticipatory bail application preferred by the applicant. In the applicant's first anticipatory bail application No. 306 of 2015, this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J. ) vide order dated 3rd March, 2015, had passed the following order : SQ Pathan 1/2

aba.580.15.doc "The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. She states that the applicant will surrender before the appropriate Court.

Application stands dismissed as withdrawn."

There is no change in circumstance. The learned Counsel for the applicant again seeks leave to withdraw this application. She states that the applicant will surrender before the appropriate Court. 4.

If an application for regular bail is filed, the same shall be decided by the Court on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Court.

Application disposed of accordingly.
