According to the Petitioner, the proposal dated 26th December, 2007 for granting approval w.e.f. 2nd July, 2017 to the Petitioner's appointment submitted by Respondent No. 3 before Respondent No. 2 is pending and has not been decided by Respondent No. 2 as yet.

The only prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner is to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal dated 26th December, 2007 (Exhibit B) as expeditiously as possible. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal (Exhibit B) as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
