It is stated that the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division has heard the petitioner's appeal and the orders would be pronounced shortly. In the light of the fact that the petitioner has been given an opportunity of being heard in appeal, the Appellate Authority has reserved its orders, till such orders are pronounced, the structures of the petitioner may not be demolished.
