P.C. :- This Second Appeal is filed by the original Plaintiff. The Additional District Judge, Thane by his judgment and order dated 8th July 1992 had reversed the order passed by the leaned Civil Judge, Vasai and had dismissed the Suit filed by the appellant. The Suit was filed by the Appellant - Plaintiff for recovery of one room out of the suit house, situated at Village Tulinj, Vasai, District Thane. Since it was informed to the Court that the Advocate for the appellant is no more, notice was issued to the Appellant. None appears for the appellant. It may be that the Appellant has lost interest in prosecuting the Appeal.

The Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. In case, the Appellant files an application for restoration within a reasonable period, the Court may consider restoring the Appeal. (N.M. Jamdar, J.)
