The above Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash and set aside the interim order dated 4th June, 2012 passed by the DRT-III, Mumbai below Exhibit-1 in S. A. No.120 of 2012 (new number 341/2016). In the alternative, it is agreed that since the above S. A. has been pending for almost 11 years, the same may be expedited. The learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly did not press the prayer clause (b) of the Petition and only press prayer clause (c) and which is the alternative prayer. JUNE 16, 2023 Aswale

19.WP.7115.23.DOC Considering that the above S.A. has been pending since last 11 years, the concerned DRT is directed to dispose of S. A. No.120 of 2012 (new No.341 of 2016) as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
