The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is filed for the limited purpose of seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the Original Application No.

of pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai. The learned counsel submits that the seniority list is already published. The rights of the petitioner would be adversely affected. The matter is pending since September, 2021. The pleadings are complete. 2.

We are not aware of the number of matters pending before the Tribunal. The petitioner may make a request before the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the original application which the Tribunal may consider on its own merits. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
