In this case, though the appeal was lodged within the prescribed period of limitation, the same was not accompanied with the certified copy of the decree. On this ground, the appeal stood dismissed on the basis of conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial). Civil Application No.2284 of 2014 is filed for condonation of delay of 282 days in filing certified copy of the decree. On perusal of the averments in the Civil Application, sufficient cause is shown. Pg 1 of 2
