The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 tendered across the bar consent terms dated 24.7.2018 executed between the applicant and respondent No.2 herein. The said consent terms are duly signed by the applicant and respondent No.2 and their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings given by the respective parties in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

In view of the said consent terms, the interim relief granted by Order dated 26.4.2017 is hereby confirmed.

In view of clause (d) of the consent terms the Investigating Officer- Senior Police Inspector of Powai Police Station, Mumbai is hereby directed to hand over the concerned sridhan articles recovered from the applicant to respondent No.2 by effecting panchanama in that behalf. This be done within a period of two weeks from today.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5.
