The present application is preferred by respondent no.1 for fixing the early date of hearing of First Appeal No. 92 of 2021. However, the matter is not yet ready for final hearing.

It is to be noted that this Court by order dated 10th February, 2021 admitted the appeal and directed the appellant to file paper book within one year with copy to other side. That time is not over. In view of this fact, there is no question of entertaining the application as of today.
