Heard learned counsel for the Applicants, learned APP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant.

Learned APP submitted a report of the Police Sub-Inspector, Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai stating that a 'B' summary has

25.aba.741-18 & anr.doc been fled before the concerned Court as the investigation did not reveal any substance in the allegations made by the complainant. The said report dated 05.07.2021 tendered by the learned APP is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X-1' for identifcation. 3.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the Applicants submits that as nothing now survives for consideration in this Anticipatory Bail Applications in view of the fling of the 'B' summary report, the Anticipatory Bail Applications may be disposed of as not pressed at this stage. Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Applications are disposed of as not pressed in view of the fling of the 'B' summary report. Liberty to apply is kept open.
