This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 25th July 2018 passed by learned RegistrarJudicial II, by which registration of Second Appeal along with all Civil Applications were directed to be refused, if the office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks. 2.

Ms. Khichi, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that Second Appeal is not yet admitted. 3.

Hence, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 1/2
