Summary before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 4 5.

The petitioners have sought quashing of the proceedings in view of the settlement of the dispute with respondent No.2-the first informant. However, in view of the aforesaid development, in the intervening period, leading to the filing of "C" Summary, we are of the view that it would be appropriate for the parties to appear before the learned Magistrate, so that appropriate orders are passed by the learned Magistrate, keeping in view the fact that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute.

The petition thus stands disposed of.
