After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Interim Application. 2.

By consent of all the learned counsels appearing for the contesting parties, who have agreed for final disposal of the matter at the admission stage itself, the Registry is directed to place Writ Petition No.2166 of 2020 on the regular admission Board within a period of three weeks from today, with a clear understanding that the matter would be finally disposed of at the admission stage.
