The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Trial Court rejected their Application under section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Hence, they preferred the present Writ Petition. He submits that in view of subsequent development that is, deletion of section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
