The application is taken seeking vacation of the interim stay. This Court by the order dated 08.06.2016 admitted the Criminal Application No.920 of 2014 and granted interim relief. 2.

As stated above by the present application, applicant is original complainant seeking vacation of this Court. The stay is granted as long as back in June 2016. The application is pending before this Court from 2014. We are of the view that the said application is required to be decided finally. The Registry is directed to place Criminal Application No.920 of 2014 for final hearing on N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
