This application filed by the wife is under Section 24 Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of the Marriage Petition No.A-504 of 2014, pending in the Family Court at Bandra to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Divison, Ratnagiri. The applicant claims that it is extremely inconvenient for her to travel from Chiplun to Mumbai for the purpose of attending to the court matters. She has also a minor son to look after. Considering the distance between the two places and also the fact that the applicant will have to make an arrangements for her son on the days on which she has to attend to the dates of the court proceedings, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
