This is an application for intervention in CR No.I37/2018 dated 20.1.2018 registered with Mumbra Police Station, Thane by a witness who is a flat purchaser. The applicant claims that he is one of the flat purchaser of the building constructed by Applicant No.1-Mubin Akil Shaikh. The record indicates that, the applicant till date has not recorded his statement before the police. The applicant is not the first informant and the applicant has no locus standi. The applicant is at liberty to approach the concerned Investigating Officer to record his statement if so advised and may help the investigating agency in CR No.I-37 of 2018 dated 20.1.2018 registered with Mumbra Police Station, Thane.
