The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 04.02.2014 passed by the Learned Member of the Industrial Court, Kolhapur. By which order, the application for interim relief filed by the Respondent/workman was partly allowed, as a result, the suspension order dated 07.06.2013 issued by the Petitioner Zilla Parishad against the Respondent/original Complainant came to be stayed. The said interim order is in operation for more than 2 1⁄2 years, in my view, it would not be just and proper to interfere with the said order at this stage. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, the hearing of the Complaint (ULP) No.107 of 2013 is expedited and is directed to be disposed of by 28.02.2017. BGP.
